ORIENTATION
[When you start to stir from your slumber, you awaken to the smell of dust and rotted wood. Your bed is far from comfortable -- lumps in the mattress, a tattered blanket that barely keeps you warm and a pillow almost as hard as a rock-- and you'll immediately see there are others in your room with you.
All of you are confused, surely. "Where am I?" "What place is this?" Questions like that stir through your mind while you take in your surroundings. Something might catch your eye before anything else, though. A coloured chest tied with a bow, a large gift tag is attached to it with your name on it. There's one for everyone in each dorm, and if you open it you'll find:
An old, worn school uniform.
A colourful costume.
And a pamphlet with information about you, about your stay in this Academy, and a map of the layout of the school and the training grounds outside. The descriptions are vague, leaving out important details about your new super powers called "Quirks", a bland description about how you were selected to join the Academy called "VA" (no explanation what it means), and even the map has lame descriptions of locations that don't really give you a good idea of where you're staying.
Before you can start exploring, or chatting away with your neighbors, a voice rings over old intercoms. It sounds low and comforting, like a long lost friend. But there's something about that that feels.. unsettling. A feeling in your gut that this voice was anything but friendly.
"Welcome, students. You must be very confused, but I assure you I'll be able to answer all the questions you have in just a few minutes.
For now, relax, explore, and meet your new classmates who will be staying with you during this semester.
Oh, but..... whatever you do, don't enter the dining room."
The intercom cuts off, leaving you with a cryptic message to think about on top of.. everything else you're dealing with right now.]

Oh, great! Those are the best kind of people.
[ ??? ]
I don't know. You might have an easier time climbing up here than me.
[ Klaus flexes an arm. Yeah, no. He's a scrawny guy.
But that's what happens when you don't take care of yourself.]no subject
[And Mirio's heavier because like, muscle, but the bunk...should be able to hold him fine? It's decrepit as all hell but it's stayed together for this long, at least.
He'll get up from the bottom bunk just in case Klaus wants to get in right away, though he doesn't head for the top himself just yet. He was already awake, and there's uh...a lot of other stuff to focus on, first.]
My name's Mirio Togata. Did you just wake up?
tua spoilers!
I felt the paramedics starting to bring me back, but when I actually woke up, I ended up here. Instead of, uhhh, the rave party. Yeah.
Hey, I was wondering if you’ve seen a guy, actually. Well, he’s half of a guy at this rate. Tall, really tall and muscular, and he has the body of a gorilla.
[ sometimes your brother is just 80% primate. It just Be Like That. ]

Hm...I can't say I have. I think I'd remember if I did, but I'll let you know if I spot him! I haven't really left this room yet...so there's a chance he might be outside of here, somewhere.

[ Despite his words, he seems very casual about the entire thing. ]
I'm agnostic, so I don't really know what is happening.. I just go along with things.
[ ??? ]
Anyway, Mirio.. buddy. You can call me Klaus.
[ He offers a hand...... please don't shake his life-sucking hand that he doesn't even notice he has since he's just been lying in bed and doing nothing.
Or do and let the fun begin. ]

Also, how is Mirio supposed to know his hand is life sucking. Spoilers, he doesn't. And Mirio is Mirio SO UH
He will? Shake his hand??? oops]
I hope it's not permanent...at least in terms of being where we are.
[Since it's apparent they've been maybe kidnapped.]
But it's great to meet you either way, Klaus!
[Now is Mirio about to die before this game begins, orrrr]

I mean, I don't see it a problem here if it is permanent. Sure, it needs a make over, but at least I have a bunk bed.
[ I.. hm. ]
I just hope the rest of my family is here. 'Cause we were in the middle of stuff. Saving the world stuff, you know.
