She isn't really waiting or being especially demonstrative, but she isn't rushing either -- it seems to be natural to her person to be a more deliberate sort, so he'll get a good look at the inner workings of the can opener like no one, perhaps, has ever really bothered. It's still a bit rickety, but at least they have food now. Mei sets the opener down on the counter and watches patiently as the can slowly, slowly bleeds out.]
